Not only does it double the effects of the cards themselves, but also the effects of cards in play that activate in response, which can easily lead to explosive chain reactions

Id say it passes the test, though Im not sure Im playing outside of counters decks

Add this card to your decks if you need the extra ramping, and cards that are good early and late are extra interesting

Your defending foe loses a life and you'll gain it too, for each one that swung
