Then note that this is a great thing for Spellslinger alongside Young Pyromancer or cantrips to cast a bunch of cheap stuff to refill twice now, and then draw two or with Forks matter since will draw twice for Fork spells once for it and one when it resolves

I personally wouldn't run Darigaaz (unless he was the commander), but if you are in a removal-heavy playgroup, or you just really like that ability, go for it
